A recently established firm that provides telecommunications, VoIP, web hosting, and managed IT solutions with no internal sales team in place, the client did not have the time or the resources to effectively and proactively prospect for new business through strategic lead generation.
The client partnered with PMC as a cost effective alternative to hiring permanent, full-time, internal sales staff. The client relied on PMC’s proven expertise to design and develop a campaign to meet the company’s lead generation needs.
Project Approach:
To support the client’s lead generation needs, PMC worked closely with the client’s management team to fully understand their drivers, objectives and the overall business impact expected from the campaign.
Once the client’s underlying needs were identified, PMC developed the campaign by first establishing the campaign goals and objectives, performance metrics, and marketing collateral. Next, the campaign was launched, managed, measured, and tracked by the PMC team.
